Beautiful room, very accommodating staff who were more than happy to help insert the address for deliveries. Super convenient for train travellers. Very happy with my stay and will go again.

第N次來上海，前台小姐姐服務熱情，非常的周到，提出的問題都能很耐心的解答，禮賓師傅也特別的好。還幫我們拿下行李，去房間幫忙按電梯，房間設施也很齊全，房間衞生特別的乾淨，環境也很好，給人感覺特別的舒服，都是智能家電，叫小愛同學什麼都能幫你。最主要的是跑了一天，好好的休息放鬆，選擇這樣的酒店特別的好，五樓還有洗衣房和健身房。都特別的齊全點，外賣還有機器人送。早餐七點到九點半，口味很多，選擇性很大。菜品特別的齊全，都是自助的，還有很多小點心，無論大人和小孩都特別的喜歡。還有一點，離上海站太近了，斜對面就是上海火車站，竟然一點嘈雜聲都沒有，真心的覺得這個酒店。特別的不錯，酒店位置也很方便，離外灘，離東方明珠，城隍廟步行街都特別的近。每次來都住這家，推薦大家以後來上海選擇這家酒店。很棒的體驗。
