優點：房間總體很具性價比，裝修比較復古，可以看出來裝修時很用心，有智能馬桶，簡易廚房、洗衣機，可以長期居住。早餐真材實料，中西合璧，而且追求可持續發展，服務態度良好。
不足：就是有一點黴味（還是蠻重的），有些細節衞生不足（eg：窗户不太乾淨，不便於清晰欣賞外景）以及花灑水流較小。
