用套餐預訂真的很划算啊，下了地鐵就能看到酒店的大樓了蠻氣派的！前台小樑服務很用心給安排了寬敞的高樓層，房間很大很整潔，喜歡這個大窗户亮堂堂的感覺，小曹還專門給了小童牙刷用具，連住了好幾天阿姨打掃也很及時，而且這酒店蠻熱鬧的每天進出好多人，頓時能感到大城市的繁華了真的

上海光大國際酒店，我其實比較常來了，位置便利，設施雖然老一點，但是還是乾淨，以及安靜。
但是前台部的少數員工，不知道是不是由於酒店屬於銀行業務分支的原因，心裏優勢強大，亦或家屬就是銀行的各級員工或者領導，服務態度真心一般：第一，全程無笑容，一副公事公辦的樣子；第二，掛星酒店，不提供房間送外賣的服務，甚至連個機器人也沒有。總之，酒店硬實力不錯，軟服務同比，需要改進的空間很大。
經常出差，人和人心裏，都會有一桿秤，真誠服務，微笑待人，我覺得應該是服務行業起評標準。
以上評價客觀，並且無惡意，希望光大國際酒店能稍微採納一下。

Very satisfied with the stay. The price for staying in Shanghai before May Day is also affordable. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and satisfactory. The room arranged by Xiao Liang for us was very quiet and satisfactory. The hotel also has its own parking lot. It is very convenient to park for free when staying in the hotel.
