极居特色民宿(威海路分店)

一般不想給人差評，但是這次問題太多了不得不吐槽了，我們因為行李很多所以特意問了可以提前入住麼，而且在很早之前預訂的時候和入住前兩天都問了都是説可以，結果到了入住前一天突然説如果當天沒人預訂就行，大概是就覺得不太好的預感，果然第二天一早收到房東短訊説不能提前入住了，但是那個時候已經不能更改了。第二天早上聯繫不上房東因為她在睡覺，帶着兩個七十歲長者和三歲孩子還有一堆行李在街頭坐着，十點聯繫上房東了。雖然後面有找鄰居幫忙或者別的解決辦法，但是我覺得失去信譽這個真的不太能挽回了。門鎖是每次一次性的，各種打不開，房東説可能是快沒電了，後來我們都衹能留一個人在屋子裡，怕打不開門。。房東説自己業務不熟，我覺得是沒有責任心，既然做民宿希望還是上心點吧，自己一個業務不熟，給人帶來多少麻煩。

房間是複式的，很乾凈，房東很好，很周到。户型設計的特別有感覺，舒適安逸，如果有機會會介紹朋友來住的。

雖然房間不大，但是五臟俱全！可以做飯，一家五口住的挺不錯！地段好！去自然博物館步行即可到達！外面吃飯也特別方便！房東姐姐很耐心，下次有朋友過來我會推薦住這裏！

The good part: the location is excellent, very close to the subway entrance. Hygiene and clean, the accommodation is also very comfortable. There is also a kitchen where friends who want to eat supper can do it themselves. . . Areas worthy of improvement: 1. There is no breakfast, and there are not many Shanghai snacks nearby, so you need to find it by yourself; 2. The sound insulation is really poor, and there is almost no privacy (people are walking upstairs from 7 in the morning, the sound should be too clear); 3. The hot water comes out slowly, the water in the shower is too slow (the feet are almost soaked in the water when taking a bath), and there is a long-time sound when going through the toilet when entering the water; 4. If you cannot provide an invoice, you need to contact the Ctrip back office. If it is an older person living in, it may not be able to handle it. . .
