非常垃圾，實在難以想象離外灘這麼近還有這種地方，臟亂差，樓到處發黴有異味，窗户壞的，設施大多不能用，房間不禁煙，什麼人都有，抽煙的太多，一夜嗆得睡不着，就睡了一夜衣服包全是臭味，我也是服了，前台小夥子態度也不好，不早説這價位要什麼自行車，一房間這麼多人房每房單價是很高的，而且對比同類合租房這個也是最垃圾的那一種。

優點：這個地理位置絕對值得起這個價格，中國音樂劇韭菜的歸宿，離亞洲大廈10m還要求什麼呢
缺點：房間很小以至於無法兩個人同時展開行李箱，床品枕頭髮黃起球潮濕有味沒眼看，衞生間倒是挺大的，洗澡水壓也可以。同屋有長住的大姐打呼嚕震天響。。。。
