I booked this hotel because I was taking an exam nearby. I have always trusted the comprehensive level of the hotel. I was not disappointed! I arrived a little late that day. The two staff members in charge of reception were very patient and considerate. When they heard that I was going to take an exam and was afraid of noise, they specially helped me upgrade the room for free and took me to see the room before making a decision. Very professional, which made me feel very relieved (and a little embarrassed haha) The food delivery robot was broken, but the staff could help deliver it manually every time, which was very considerate and timely. Breakfast was delivered to the room every day (if you pick it up by yourself, you can inform the front desk the day before), which is very convenient and suitable for lazy people like me. The breakfast variety is also very good, and the black rice porridge is super delicious. When I left the hotel, the staff also gave me a small gift (fruit snacks and cola haha).
