洗澡水很大很舒服，這一點很爽。
馬桶邊的捲紙軸衹有一個，這個情況我在其它酒店沒遇到過，顯然會導致接續不上的尷尬。現在一般都是雙捲紙軸，其上還有個小擱板可以放濕廁紙（肛門濕巾）或手機，這種幾十塊錢的東西應該立即更新了！
還有個奇怪的問題是洗臉盆上的出水管怎麼不是水平的而是向下傾斜，然後再一個彎頭水嘴，就離瓷盆壁太近，洗手手都放不進，刷牙水杯衹能斜着接水……難道出水管被人向下壓過？還是瓷盆安裝得離牆壁遠了造成的？奢華品牌的潔具竟然連洗手和刷牙都困難！

到店已經比較晚了 前台Chloe美女辦理入住很快 幫我們升級了房間 很滿意的入住體驗 也主動提供了牙刷和梳子等 還幫忙免費延遲退房 服務周到 早餐非常豐富 服務人員動作都乾淨利落 入住期間都讓父母感覺賓至如歸 非常期待下次入住

衝著紅塔精選這個品牌來的，結果入住很失望，定的套房，房間寬敞但非常老舊，服務也很冷淡，每天早餐才讓我目瞪口呆，連續住了幾晚，每天早上8點過去餐廳都沒有看見幾樣可以吃的食物，還排長隊，麪條攤位前調料每天都衹剩幾顆葱和一點點醬油，這是我住的最差的酒店，連小城市普通掛星酒店的早餐都比這個豐盛。更別説我一直認可豪華精選是萬豪集團旗下的奢華型酒店，我覺得萬豪集團還是要珍惜自己這個招牌。
