優點是離地鐵口近，出行方便，百年建築是亮點。但是缺點和不足處更多：1、太老舊，空調聲大整晚噪音影響睡眠；2、訂的大床房+小床，拿房卡開門一看，居然是三張單人床，與訂的房型不符；3、酒店浴室的浴缸，整片都染上了防滑墊的焦黃的印記，防滑墊多大，那個印記範圍就多大，根本沒法泡澡；4、房間外面煙味瀰漫整個通道，薰得頭疼，不過給前台反應後他們處理還算及時；5、早餐7：15去吃的，但是豆漿是冷的沒有加熱，煎蛋也沒人做，還在陸陸續續的上菜，7點早餐不是應該全部準備就緒嗎？6、酒店沒有小朋友的洗漱用品和拖鞋。7、餐廳門口的接待臉上沒半點笑容，生硬且程序化一聲你好，相比小朋友熱情的一聲迴應你好，她居然像沒聽見一樣，依然板著臉。相對餐廳接待，門口的工作人員很積極的幫忙推行禮，對比明顯。
