At 11 noon, the hotel called to urge me to check out, which was outrageous! This incident itself should be reported to the Consumer Association. The front desk apologized to me, and I thought it was just an accident... Later, because I carried too many things, I changed to another room type in the same hotel. I placed orders for many consecutive days, and found that the bedding was not changed automatically, and the room was never made when cleaning. This kind of service was the first time I encountered it. I had an illusion that it was not cleaned when I went back. The ordinary room type has been in disrepair for a long time, the kettle and bath water were spilled, and the carpet was stained. The front desk lady was very bad! Because the takeaway packaging leaked, I asked the front desk for a bag, but the front desk said there was no bag. I clearly told her that everyone had one when checking in, and I didn’t ask for a toothbrush or anything. I stayed for many days, why couldn’t I get a bag? The front desk lady rolled her eyes at me and threw me a bag. I hope she will be treated the same way when she goes out to consume.
