百年老店真心不錯，多少父輩們用它和外白渡橋做背景拍照片打卡上海，江景房和城景房都住過，各有各的優點，出門就是外灘和外白渡橋，走到地鐵南京路站10分鐘左右，工作人員很熱情！！

房間觀景很好，浴室牆壁建議增加毛巾掛鈎，書桌後儲物室增加行李架（摺疊式就可）。前台小姐姐人很好，升級了房型。

1樓服務人員很親切，飯店雖然已有90年的歲月，但房間硬體卻維持得很好，整體空間很大很舒適，窗外的河景更是加分

標的5星，但房間設施和衞生很一般，也就3星水平，房間本身來説不咋樣，和5星標準差距大，服務基本上沒有服務，地理位置是優勢，這個價格大部分買位置上了，性價比不高，原本定了3天，後面的退了換了酒店。
