訂之前看到了一些負面的評價，猶豫再三還是訂了，就因為它的歷史和位置。上海大廈沒讓我失望，入住四晚體驗很好。城景在15層的房間有東西兩個陽台，風景很贊。房間舒適、乾淨、也很安靜，酒店服務也很熱情。江景在8層房間風格不同，但整體也很滿意。唯一不足之處就是退房後按金遲遲沒退，打電話給酒店前台後才退款成功的。

辦理入住時，前台女服務員董佳玲態度冷漠，當我們希望每天加多幾條浴巾（標配才兩條）時，她竟然問，加多浴巾的用途是什麼？真是哭笑不得，浴巾除了洗澡用，難道還有其他用途？缺乏基本的服務意識和素質！
