我們週五臨時決定去上海玩，定了週六的海倫，我們好喜歡呀！乾乾淨淨的房間，我們要多一床被子因為小孩可能踢被子，馬上就有服務人員送來，還幫我們套好被子，態度很好的。電梯有6個，速度很快。早餐種類和品質都很好。酒店位置很方便，走到外灘很方便，還給我們免費升房了，前台也非常客氣。真心推薦！

1. Location: Located in the middle of Nanjing East Road, it was easy to move around Pudong Puxi. There are many Michelin Guide Chinese restaurants nearby, so it was great for entertaining guests on business trips as well as traveling.
2. Cleanliness: It was clean and the queen size bed was comfortable so I slept well.
3. Service: Generally good, but taxi call service was not good. The realistic answer is to just take the subway for short distances... haha
4. Facilities: Overall good. The reason I gave it 1 point was because I was displeased with the breakfast Mosaic restaurant's menu that labeled kimchi as Chinese Salad. If you change it to Korean Kimchi and write it down, it will get a perfect score of 5.

We wanted to stay in a central hotel and with this hotel you're right at East Nanjing Road. Step outside of the hotel and you're in the middle of the busy shopping street.
We were delighted by the hotel staff with an upgrade of our room. The room was spacious and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.
Although the hotel is a bit outdated, the room was clean.
We also used the gym in the hotel and it has decent training devices. Dumbbells, Kettlebells and even boxing gloves were available.
The breakfast buffet was great and you could choose between western or chinese breakfast. The selection at the chinese buffet was very large. The western buffet had different nice small pastries.
All in all, it was great staying there and I can definitely recommend it!

The staff has a good service attitude and is considerate, especially taking special care of the elderly. We are old customers and often come to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street for shopping and relaxation. I always stay in VIP hotels when I come to Shanghai, and every time I receive warm reception from the front desk staff and satisfactory room arrangements, especially Yang Kang.
One thing is that the room lighting is not very bright.
