服務意識一般 有點冷漠 前台還算可以 寄存行李和門僮 全程無表情 尤其是門僮看見客人一點服務意識沒有 就站在那一動不動 勝在地點不錯 去哪都比較方便 不介意服務的話可以可以考慮

酒店位置很好沒的説，服務太一般了，定的時候就備註要單獨淋浴的房間，也給酒店打電話確認了，結果還是給我了一間帶浴缸的房（因為長者腿腳不便，不能用浴缸） 最後客房保潔卜祥珍人挺nice的，所以我打個五分

1星給優越的地理位置
1星給免排隊買到7袋當天出產的蝴蝶酥禮盒（僅此一種，少的不行，多買不行）
酒店比較老舊，房間也小，送的春茶下午茶不值一提，送的環遊巴士隨便坐了一趟沒有意思
到的時候下午三點，告知酒店停車場沒有車位，問什麼時候沒有，告知都停不了
停在隔壁新世界城，不到24小時消費120元，不值！之前住的和平飯店這麼優越的位置都有停車位！實虧！開車的慎重！
早飯是我吃過比較難吃的，沒特色就算了，東西也少，味道也差。
服務幾乎沒有感受到。
不會再來，也不會推薦。

先説優點:地理位置非常好，人民公園 人民廣場對面就是了，黃浦江 外白渡橋等老網紅地也不遠，步行可以到達很多地方，遠點的地鐵出行非常方便；衞生過關，老牌國營酒店基本標準有保障；床品軟硬適宜，入睡舒適；配備了智能馬桶，這點加分。
缺點:房間排水不順暢，花灑開大會積水，排水口沒有水封，有時會返臭；早餐品種口味都很一般，前台服務效率和態度都不太行，總體上是達不到星級酒店的標準的，當成一個老牌國營招待所住住還是可以的，畢竟也是快一百年的“活古董了”。
這裏要特別表揚負責保潔服務的巫紅霞女士，打掃衞生到位，備品和水補充及時，很熱情打招呼，拉高了酒店整體印象分!
