The room is large, well-lit and clean. The staff at the hotel entrance or lobby are all nice, but the people at the front desk are so indifferent, and they don't seem to want to answer any more questions.

The facilities are old, 3 of the 4 power sockets in the room are broken, and the shower is also blocked and the water volume is very small.

優地段很好，2號線南京東路站4號口出來走幾分鐘就到，去南京路步行街、外灘等景點和商場都是步行可到的距離；房間乾淨整潔，空間也足夠，酒店工作人員對服務需求響應也比較快，入住體驗感總體來説很不錯。
酒店設施比較陳舊了，雖然維護得還行，但是房間基礎設施急需更新，全屋能充電的衹有床頭的插座，其他插座功率都不行，手機ipad充一晚上也充不滿電，非常不便；早餐種類和味道還過得去，但價格有點高。

It is very convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. Everything else is unsatisfactory. The hotel's wifi is extremely slow. The cleaning lady seems to be working hard. But the room is not vacuumed every day, so don't turn on the air conditioner. Dust particles everywhere in the room will be ****** into the throat. , it is better to open the window.
