When I came back on the last day, I added my boss on WeChat to confirm again, and he replied I was asked to get the 301 key by myself when we arrived. However, in the early hours of the morning, we went to the designated place and got the key. When we opened the door, there was someone living inside. We called the boss and he said that there was no room and he asked us to solve it ourselves. I was really speechless! Fortunately, Ctrip is more responsible and helped us contact nearby hotels to reimburse us the price difference, so we must be cautious in the early morning!
