Great hotel stay (former Marriott hotel). Amenities were good, and the room was a nice size. Small desk in the room was sufficient for work. Business lounge is temporarily on the ground floor, but has enough facilities.

The accommodation environment is very good and very clean. My wife's earrings were left in the hotel. Thanks to July for actively handling it and helping to send it back home. I am grateful and look forward to staying here next time! The old street near the hotel is also very beautiful. The family had a lot of fun!

I have stayed at Sheraton many times. Compared with Hyatt, its twin beds are all 1.35 meters long, which is suitable for families with children. This hotel is relatively new, with spacious rooms. There is Qingxi Ancient Town nearby, which is within walking distance. I was afraid of traffic jams during the May Day holiday and did not dare to drive out of the city. I stayed here for two days. It was quite comfortable. The hotel service was very good. The breakfast was not particularly rich but it was okay. Overall, I recommend it.

The worst Sheraton I've ever stayed in. Let's talk about hygiene first: the executive lounge on the 17th floor was not open. They said it was moved to the first floor. I went there to sit for a while. The snacks were better than nothing. It was shabby! I sat down on the big sofa by the window on the south side and picked up a pillow to lean on it. I found a pool of mucus similar to snot, which was extremely disgusting. The toilet lid in the lobby was lifted up and it was... unbearable to look at! Let's talk about food and beverage: I didn't go to the restaurant, but I saw a Wagyu hot pot set meal being promoted. Let's just talk about breakfast. It ends at 10:30 on weekends. I went there at 9:30, but it was not cleaned up and no one showed me the table. A lot of food was gone and it was not replenished in time... Facilities: The air conditioner can never be adjusted. It's so noisy when the air volume is turned up. The display is also inaccurate. Fortunately, it's not hot, so I can only open the window for ventilation. And service: I waited for a while when checking in. There were at least two people at the four counters. There were three guests in front of me, but I had to wait in line at one counter... I don't want to say more. I rarely write reviews for restaurants, but I can't help but complain

This time I visited Fengxian Qingxi Old Street and was very satisfied with my stay at the Baohua Sheraton Hotel. The lobby service is attentive, the room is spacious, the air conditioning is good, the water is hot, and there are many TV programs. Especially the room is well soundproofed and there is no noise at all when sleeping at night. This time I purchased a set meal, including two breakfasts and a Chinese set meal for two people. very good.

A hotel with great food, accommodation, travel and sightseeing. The two beautiful girls at the front desk, Xiao Hu and Xiao Tang, are very friendly. My daughter came back for another three days during the Dragon Boat Festival. This time I went to the ancient town twice during the day and at night and still felt unsatisfied.
