The hotel is in a perfect location, conveniently near the MRT/subway, making it easy to explore the city.
The front office team is young, enthusiastic, and always eager to assist. Despite the language barrier, they effectively use translation tools to ensure smooth communication and provide excellent service.
While the room cleanliness could be slightly improved—there was a lingering smoke odor during our stay—it didn’t overshadow the overall positive experience.
Great hospitality and a fantastic location!

The room is clean, tidy and hygienic without any peculiar smell. There is also a small refrigerator in the room, which is very considerate. The room is also well soundproofed and no noisy sounds can be heard from outside. The service at the front desk is also good! Recommended to everyone. My partner and I have stayed here many times and are really satisfied!
