The toilet and bathroom mirror weren't properly cleaned However, the service was good and the location is perfect if you want to be close to the downtown area.

The location close to the railway station is great. Double room is comfortable, but the cleanliness is the weakness. Upon checking e found toilet seat and bowl is dirty. Towels changed each day but the last day we got used dirty towels full of foreign hair. This should not happen. Breakfast is basic, no drinks except soy “milk”, Triple room lacks comfort because of some kind of huge step going through while room. Building/stadium is being constructed just opposite the hotel, workers make a lot of noise since early morning.

We were allocated a different room type due to overbooking. Although the receptionist said it was an upgrade, the room was not reconstructed and the style was old fashioned compared with the photos on trip.com. Nevertheless the room was really spacious and we ended up liking our stay.

Room was not really clean when I arrived, location is very good and the price is cheap. You can hear trains very well from the hotel, so if you can't sleep on loud noises, I don't recommend booking this hotel. But for the price I think it is ok option.

Good stuff, room is clean. There are disposable toothbrushes and slippers. So near to Shanghai Railway Station. Cleaning the room every day. I recommend that place.

Bad experience in this hotel , actually the location is good , but their hospitality is very bad , one of their staff has a bad attitude ( the bald man , he is rude , lazy , not helpfull at all ) . My spring bed was very hard ( like you sleep in a board) , i can feel the springs ，unlike my children's room , its hard but not as hard as mine... In the middle of the night , i was very tired , i asked the solution from the front desk , they cant do anything and insist me to take 1 extra quilt to cover it to reduce the hardness of the springbed . They send 1 man ( the bald and lazy staff) to checked my bed and give me 1 extra quilt , the staff told me to turn over the bed by myself in the middle of the night! Or change my room with my children's room ( what a nonsense suggestion) .With no help from him me n my husband try to turn over the bed and put 1 extra quilt on it . The staff is not helping at all !! . No one can speak english , so it was difficult to communicate if you are foreigner . Needs an translation apps to communicate I give 4/ 5 for the location , 3/ 5 for cleanliness, 1/5 for the hospitality ( it was the worst hospitality i've ever had ) One more thing , there is a construction in front of the hotel , it starts early in the morning around 6 o clock , the sound is loudly , disturb your sleeps

Didn't have any time for breakfast. but place was nice and quiet. Just one complaint - It was a earky check out so one was at reception and I had to just leave my keys at the front and left a note.

First of all the location is really bad. It’s just out of nowhere . Also the corridors smell really bad because they forgot to remove the trash from them. I would say the service person was nice . Also the breakfast was mediocre . I have had good breakfast for the same price in Shanghai.

The room was really simple with few furnitures. The biggest problem was the noise...the building was between the train railway and some big construction works. The windows were very old, impossible to open and didn't block the noise. The person on the desk couldn't speak any English.
