Kudos to all the staff, they are very polite and friendly! And they are very efficient too, when we encounter some issues regarding the bathroom, they solve it immediately within few minutes. Not to mention, the staff that clean and clear our room, they are so systematic and always greeted us with a smile! The location of this hotel is very strategic, located in the centre of different metro line, just few meters away from the hotel, so is elderly friendly. The buffet breakfast is superb, with lots of varieties, a fusion of eastern and western dishes. Besides, there is a food stall just few meters behind the hotel, selling fried rice and other Chinese snacks, their 手抓饼 is very crispy and tasty! Overall, my parents like this hotel so much as the rooms are very comfy and clean, this hotel definitely on our top list when we revisit Shanghai next time!

Our family had an amazing first stay at an IHG hotel. Situated in a serene area away from busy roads, it offered the ideal setting for relaxation. The spacious, family-friendly rooms were delightful, and the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Its close proximity to popular attractions like The Bund was a huge advantage, making it easy for us to explore. We will definitely choose and recommend IHG hotels for our family travels in the future!

The holiday inn was lovely and clean! It was located a little bit far from where we wanted to go but we could easily jump on the e-bikes and bike around the area. Such lovely staff also!

Breakfast is good. Has swim pool. Hotel staffs at front desk (Cao Jing) and at swimming desk (Xiao Zheng) are friendly, helpful and professional.

Location is convenient. Front desk receptionist is very helpful and can speak English. Breakfast was not very continental, so didn’t enjoy it much. Coffee was also not good. No airport drop off service. No children play area. Room had some toys to keep children busy.

Good hotel but getting a bit old!!

This hotel’s location is perfect. It’s located about 9-10min walk from two subway stations: Wuning Road and Changshou road. The staff is friendly and checking in was a breeze. The breakfast is quite decent: A mix of Western and Chinese food. I’ll stay here again.

My experience wasn't bad but it wasn't phenomenal either. The front desk personnel have limited English but they really tried their best to communicate and help me. They were willing to go the extra mile to make my stay memorable. Breakfast was a little disappointing because most of their food was super oily. Even though breakfast finishes at 10:30, from around 9am they refill some of their dishes. When they start packing away and you are still sitting there enjoying your breakfast, they have no consideration that you might want something. Usually in most hotels I've been to, someone goes to each table to notify the guests that cleaning up is about to commence so that guests can quickly grab whatever they might want before it's taken away.
