My recent stay at the Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok was a truly exceptional experience. As soon as I stepped into the hotel, I was struck by the elegant and sophisticated ambiance that pervades the property. My executive suite was incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, with high-end furnishings and amenities that made me feel right at home. The highlight, however, was the executive lounge - a serene and refined oasis where I indulged in delectable gourmet bites and refreshing beverages. But what really set this hotel apart was the impeccable service provided by the staff, who anticipated my every need with warmth and professionalism. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, Mr. Sunn (or Sonn) from the front desk told us our room was not ready yet, and he was so kind to invite us to the executive lounge to have a drink and some snacks and most importantly enjoy the beautiful view of Bangkok. 酒店的早餐十分丰富，囊括了泰国本土的美食、中东食品、西式早餐丰富程度远超国内的一线酒店品牌，如果你不喜欢喧闹的街头，在这里一样可以品尝到精致美味的thai street food 酒店的环境十分幽静，周围的商圈也十分雅致，有牛排馆中餐馆日料店….酒店的礼宾部可以登记预约前往地铁站的接驳班车，每个小时一趟是免费的 无边泳池不是很大，但是很度假，在炎热的中午，可以在泳池边小憩 我订的房型包含着厨房和小客厅，理论上是一个套间，但是价格很合适，更棒的是房间内还有洗衣机和炉灶餐具，可以常驻自己做饭。 唯一的美中不足就是前台送东西会稍微慢一些，每次都要等个十几20分钟。 十分喜欢这家酒店，这也是我第一次住凯宾斯基，印象非常的好，很愿意把它推荐给朋友和家人。 再次感谢所有接待我们的staff，包括礼宾前台客房还有餐厅的工作人员，谢谢

Exceptional service, luxurious and beautifully appointed facilities, and a lavish breakfast buffet with excellent food quality and diverse options made for an outstanding 2-night stay at the Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok. The grand deluxe room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Good Hotel, Good Service, Good Food, Good Room, Good Price, Good

The hotel is new and modern, which is surrounded by an urban forest. Rooms are clean and spacious. Premier room has open kitchen, laundry room and balcony. Staff are cheerful and helpful. Breakfast buffet offered many different types of food and beverages. All in all, the hotel is highly recommended for a retreat in Bangkok.

Everything was perfect. Got a complimentary upgrade. Breakfast is a must to try and all staffs were nice.

I recommend everyone to just book this place for your Bangkok stay. This property deserves a prize on any major hospitality award categories. Service is detailed and fast. Their thermal spa facility / treatment is also a must-try as not many hotels boost a proper, authentic 7-process thermal therapy. If you have not tried a Turkish or Moroccan bath in your life, do try out this energizing spa session! Another bonus point: the club lounge French Toast in our breakfast menu is exceptionally tasty. I’ll return for that.

The hotel is pretty. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location takes 15 mins walk to BTS station. Room is spacious and just like the pics.

Very considerate service and you can feel the warm hospitality! Nearby a very good location. 7-11, Starbucks and BTS station are all around with 5 mins walk. We will definitely go back again! Btw, trips.com provides a very clear instruction in booking hotels with competitive price. Highly recommended! This hotel is so relaxing that you don’t want to leave. The staff are friendly and remember your name from the previous day. The room is a good size and has everything you need. The breakfast has a huge selection of delicious choices made. Lastly, the pool is great for relaxing a d drinking cocktails.

Special shoutout to Ms. Pizza, the Lady in Red whom can communicate in both Mandarin and English. and Ms. Rita, the telephone operator whom responded me promptly with precise help that I was longing for. There are so many luxury hotels in Bangkok, but it is the service that makes the difference.
