Clean, tidy, quiet, thoughtful service, good location, very convenient, and pet-friendly. I was very satisfied with my stay and will choose this hotel again when I come to Shanghai next time!

The room has a very old Shanghai feel, very lively, a quiet spot in the downtown, very close to the subway station, convenient to go everywhere, nearby is Jing'an Temple, Jing'an Park, large shopping malls, and also close to Nanjing Road

I stayed here for the first time in 5 years, overcoming the coronavirus pandemic. The location is excellent. The rooms are cleaned properly, which is helpful. However, the window frames were not sealed properly, so the outside noise came in and it was noisy at night, making it difficult to sleep.

It was late and raining and I didn't have time to catch the high-speed train, so I found the nearest one. It was just opposite the place where I was on a business trip. It seemed to be an apartment. It was my first time staying in such a place and I was worried. But it was fine after entering. The room was indeed a little old, but the layout was OK and the hygiene was OK.

Very quiet and cozy, far beyond expectations!

I stayed here several times before the pandemic, and each time I was pleasantly surprised to be at home. This is my first stay after the pandemic, and the customer service guy is as enthusiastic as ever. When I checked out, one of my socks fell off and I couldn't find it, so I asked the guy to ask the cleaning lady to keep an eye out for it. Later, I really found it, and the guy even took it out and gave it to me...

This time I went out to experience the Flower Room and the King Room. The King Room is larger and feels more spacious. There are welcome snacks when you check in, which makes a very good first impression~ The housekeeper takes off his shoes when he enters the door. Although I don’t think it’s necessary, it’s really great to have this kind of heart👍 There are various snack shops and coffee shops on the street downstairs, and there are many restaurants in the shopping mall across the street. Next to Jing’an Temple is Jiuguang~ Subway entrance + multiple bus stops, it’s super convenient to go anywhere in Shanghai💕

There is a dog barking 🐶 to accompany you 😂😂😂 The dog is very dedicated. Express delivery is very convenient 👍 The indoor electrical appliances and bathing equipment are basically energy-saving and environmentally friendly products. The furniture safe is relatively old, and the cabinet door is noisy when opened and not closed tightly. There was only one tea bag, and no follow-up. The front desk service is very good.
