房間很乾凈也很温馨，雖然面積感覺沒有那麼大但也夠用了，樓層很高窗外風景很不錯，房東溝通很及時，以後有機會還會去的😄

這次入住體驗很不錯，房東小哥非常熱情耐心，離地鐵三號線東寶興路站非常近。房間雖然不大但是非常得温馨，因為我個人也不太喜歡太大得房間，話説回來房間越大價格肯定也就越貴，床很舒服，飄窗也很大，晚上看看夜景很不錯，衞生間雖然也不大，但是看得出阿姨打掃了還是很乾凈的，我這個人沒有什麼潔癖，這套房間説實話對得起這個價格，下次一定還會再來，謝謝房東大哥了，希望給大家有所幫助

房東人很熱情，房間也很温馨，晚上入住的，坐在房間的飄窗上還可以欣賞外面的景色，雖然不是很大，但是乾淨整潔，下次一定再來，這是一家可以推薦的民宿

民宿離公交車站要走幾百米，離地鐵要更遠點。單層住户多，電梯等待時間長。面積有誤導，房間不大，16平左右。淋浴間更是可憐，不到一平米，胳膊會碰到牆壁。桌面上有灰塵，地上有碎屑。幕布也壞了，一側翹起沒固定，小陽台的欄桿上都是土。住了一晚之後眼睛就不舒服。

房間設施很全 洗衣機 冰箱 微波爐 都有很方便
還有個小陽台晾衣服很快就幹了（p1房間外頭景色）
位置很好找 附近也有很多吃的
如果有看星夢劇院的聚聚們就定這家！！！！
步行15分鐘騎車5.6分鐘就到了！！看晚場住這裏真的很方便！！比附近的酒店便宜環境也好！

民宿位置好，離3號，10號地鐵站都很近，而且去外灘，東方明珠塔就算回來晚也不會害怕沒有車，地理位置超好，尤其網紅打卡地甜愛路很近，走路即可到，老闆人也很好，隨時聯繫隨時回覆，周圍商超，吃飯都特別方便，尤其全家便利店東西物美價廉，總之超讚！有機會還會來。
