I booked a suite for the wedding. After booking, I arrived at the hotel on March 9. The front desk clerk showed me the suite in Building 1. I was quite satisfied with the retro decoration style of the room, so I added the staff's WeChat, and according to their requirements, I refunded the online order and paid the full amount for the reservation on WeChat. When I checked in the day before the wedding, the front desk staff told me that the suite I booked was not the one I showed, but a suite with a different decoration style in Building 3. During the period, the staff on WeChat only vaguely told me that the room was reserved for Building 3. For two months, I had been communicating with the hotel on WeChat, but no one told me that the room reserved for me was not the one I showed on site or the decoration was different. Even the pictures of the suite on Ctrip only showed the decoration of the room in Building 1. After checking in on the day, I clearly told the hotel staff that I could not accept such a decorated room as a wedding room. The hotel refused to coordinate the room on the grounds that the leader was staying in the suite in Building 1. I was forced to accept the extremely tacky room in Building 3 as a wedding room. The next day, I couldn't shoot the scene in the room at all. The wedding that I had been looking forward to was ruined. I can't forgive the hotel for such unprofessional and irresponsible behavior! ! ! In addition, the hotel's hygiene was not up to standard, and there were even cockroaches in the terrace room where my bestie stayed that night.

Facilities: The house is a Victorian English villa built in the 1930s. Such a house is particularly in line with the characteristic house culture of Shanghai. The villa is three-story and has a restaurant. Each house has an independent bathroom and each has its own characteristics. Service: The front desk service was very patient. I went there too early, just before noon, and the room had not been cleaned up yet. The front desk helped coordinate to clean the room as soon as possible and store my luggage so that I could put down my backpack and start my afternoon journey.
