最大的問題，卧室分佈並不是獨立的，而是房內房，這個沒有事先聲明，非常不好！另外房間十分陳舊，尤其是卧室地板和浴室，異響很大！位置確實近北外灘，窗外風景沒得説，但是房間環境就一言難盡了！

✨[進入房間第一眼] 進門直接豪宅，裝飾和佈置都很漂亮，也有很多小細節
🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東很熱情很貼心，回覆特別快，什麼問題都是第一時間就幫助解決
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]民宿性價比真的非常高，這個面積衹要這個價位，太良心了
📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]離大悦城很近，打個車非常快，樓下一出小區就有便利店，買一些水之類的生活必需品很方便
🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]一直誇有點像拖了，説一點我覺得可以更好的吧，一是一次性拖鞋有點太薄了，不管是底還是上面那層，穿起來不夠舒適，民宿裏有塑料拖鞋的其實，但我不愛穿（怪我）。二是廁所的窗把手壞了，雖然費勁可以關上，但是鎖不上還是會有一點不安全感。最後是地板應該是有點老化了，有點高低不平，加上薄拖鞋和我的粗心，出卧室的時候被絆倒差點摔出去。不過都無傷大雅，整體還是給人驚喜的一個非常值得入住的民宿。

非常好的民宿 露台視野能看到一點點陸家嘴 新城隧道門口 開車去陸家嘴十分鐘 交通很方便 關鍵這個位置性價比無敵了 以後出差必住這家 but若毛巾能更乾淨就更好
