這次入住，體驗感特別不好，差評，酒店管理嚴重有問題，來上海玩了兩天，本來很累，想多休息，結果凌晨六點40分，服務員未經客人允許，用房卡把房門打開，進入房間，把我們兩位女士，2個小孩，嚇醒了，小朋友嚇哭了，以為是壞人。住了這麼多次酒店，第一次遇到這種情況，還是發生在一家五星級酒店，太可怕了，以後再也不住這家店了。
