酒店就在外灘，在房間裏就可以看到外灘和浦江的美景，尤其夜景更是美麗，浦江三件套盡收眼底。酒店設施先進，有機器人送餐，環境衞生整潔，早餐豐富，酒店員工都非常有素質，尤其感謝前台閆爽，辦理入住的過程中非常耐心的幫我們介紹適合老年人的房型，我們非常滿意，退房以後我發現充電器落在房間，感謝賓客服務部的Amy，她幫我把充電器快遞到家，下次去上海還去萬達瑞華。
