前台辦理入住的員工高效，管家Kitty服務熱情，環境贊：酒店就是一個藝術館，珍藏了很多當代藝術品，每一件館藏又有一個故事，不僅住了酒店，還逛了藝術館，簡直值了！電梯間的藝術品也很獨特，。酒店非常大氣。不管是設施設備到服務。，大堂的鮮花也是有新年的氛圍，房間非常智能，細節也做的非常有人性化，房間也很寬敞，整潔
