Pros: Had a vacation in Shanghai. The room is spacious enough and very comfortable. The water for shower is very hot and strong and i love it so much. The toilet is spacious and i love the toilet design. Will consider to stay again next time if the price is cheaper. Morning breakfast provided and the foods is very nice and healthy. Did provide free shuttle to go airport and disneyland. The front desk staffs are friendly and approachable. Cons: location is very far and not convenient. We walk from train station about half an hour with hot weather to reach the hotel. The bus driver will try to earn some side income during his working hours [will personally offer you whether need him to fetch you go other places by pay him money]

Friendly and good service of all the front desk staff. Offer us another better spacious room when our check-in. Convenient shuttle bas and Van service to Disneyland and airport.

Kinda outskirt hotel and it’s very difficult to commute to city area. It’s nearby airport and Disneyland The staff are friendly and helpful, they willing to borrow their phone number for Mei Tuan if you don’t have China phone number They provide shuttle bus to Disneyland and Airport too

The hotel was okay… if you looking for affordable price . For my case I was just little disappointed because they don’t offer western food even though🙄 their page says they offer western food .Very disappointed I couldn’t even get coffee💔

I took an early flight at Shanghai Pudong Airport and booked this Four Seasons Hotel. It was really nice, very quiet, and I had a good rest. There was also a shuttle service to the airport! ! It took 20 minutes to get to the airport! ! I saw that there was also a shuttle service to Disneyland. If you need it, you can go to this hotel. The two ladies on the night shift on the evening of November 3 were very good. One was called Xinxin, and the other one didn't know her name. The two were super gentle and patient! ! ! I will book this Four Seasons Hotel again if I need it next time!

Pudong Airport pick-up service: very convenient and good for early morning flights This suite is two connected rooms without a living room, but it doesn't matter if you stay for one night to catch the flight. There are many takeaways nearby, but the robot's capacity is insufficient hahahaha

The hotel is conveniently located, very close to the subway entrance. The service is also good, the facilities are OK, and the requirements are basically met. The rooms are not very big, and some are decorated with false windows. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

The hotel is very close to the airport and provides airport shuttle service, the latest one is until 10:30 pm. The room is as clean and tidy as always, and there is a separate tea set in the room. The hotel is surrounded by residential areas, which is quiet at night. There are many small restaurants and supermarkets. If you don’t like to order takeout all the time, you can also walk out to eat.

Pudong Airport Pickup Service: Airport pick-up was very timely! Disney Pickup: Disney pick-up service is great, it's very convenient to go back after a day of playing!
