之前沒住過類似民宿沒什麼可比性；感覺上不是住酒店而是找了個家。
交通方便，下樓就是地鐵。衞生嗎，尚可。私密性也強。
住的時間短，我們本身需求也不高，不知道需要什麼服務。
總之，價格、交通、大小，都還不錯，畢竟甄選民宿排名還比較靠前。

還沒進屋錢本來沒什麼期望的，因為公寓樓外看起來有點舊，外面晚上會有點暗，但對我們來説沒差，一打開房門真的有驚喜到！太漂亮了房間也挺大的，帶了3大1小的行李箱放在地上還有很多位置走，重要‼️的是就在地鐵站隔壁而已，出口出來2/3分鐘就到了，地理位置優越，隔音效果好，去旅行最怕住到隔音差的房，但這個房完全很好很安靜，隔壁樓還是個打卡地點日夜都去拍了照哈哈

🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]去上海另訂了三間房，這一間老實説真的賊舒服，床是真的好睡！洗衣機就不太建議使用，可能上一個顧客洗毛衣吧，我洗了一次我的衣服褲子都是毛
💡[民宿給我的小驚喜]廁所真的挺乾淨的，衞生都很乾凈有的都有，還有玩具堆，小孩看到玩起來

地理位置真的絕了！太好了！樓下就是地鐵，去哪裡都非常方便。傍晚沿着河邊散步，看着兩岸的老建築。不要太愜意！房東禮貌熱情，有問必答！性價比超級高！
