屋裡空間非常大，環境氛圍非常好，整個過程下來真的非常舒服

服務很好，房東在電話裏很熱情，找不到路，也可以視頻通話，特別贊。房間衞生不錯，電梯直達，可以看到遠處的蘇州河。2個床住4個人妥妥的，佈置得也很温馨，廚房還可以做飯。總之特別棒。交通就不用提了，樓下就是地鐵站，有2條地鐵線路，去南京東路，外灘，城隍廟，東方明珠，人民廣場，自然博物館，感覺都是10分鐘之內的事情，太方便啦。旅遊首選。

很滿意、離南京路步行街很近、走過去也就10分鐘、樓下地鐵站、出門很方便、窗户外能看到蘇州河、第一次住這種大廈、很有電視裏年代的感覺

之前沒住過類似民宿沒什麼可比性；感覺上不是住酒店而是找了個家。
交通方便，下樓就是地鐵。衞生嗎，尚可。私密性也強。
住的時間短，我們本身需求也不高，不知道需要什麼服務。
總之，價格、交通、大小，都還不錯，畢竟甄選民宿排名還比較靠前。
