房間乾淨舒服，打掃阿姨們親切有禮。
櫃枱人員感覺有點冷漠，可能工作太累了，也可以理解。
建議能夠對入住的外國人提供較清晰的入住指南，這樣可避免一直到櫃枱詢問各種事，例如闡明打掃時間，機器人服務等。
對於不熟悉當地文化的外國人，確實會存在很多疑慮，感覺要過關斬將。
不確定是否因為不符合條件或者規範，沒有安置內線電話。個人感覺是如果能夠在房內安置可直接連接櫃枱的內線電話就更好了，有疑慮可以直接詢問，不需要特地下樓和櫃枱確認，我想對於雙方都是好的，工作人員也不用辛苦敲門確認，太辛苦了。
點外賣時雖特意備註了房號，給騎手，交給機器人，也留了電話號碼，不確定哪個環節疏忽，等了好久，內耗100輪後逼自己下樓確認，確實感覺有點麻煩，看着自己點的外賣淒涼的擺在櫃枱吹着冷風等着主人認領，櫃枱人員還冷冷送上一句沒寫電話號碼之類的，反正聽不清説了啥，希望有天能夠體悟住客心情，畢竟點外賣就是因為不想要踏出房門，沒錯，真的很懶的。
還有一次深切體會了外賣已被其他人取走，還在苦苦等待的痛徹心扉，希望取走的那個人幸福。
遙控失靈，感覺按了一個世紀，還在原地。終於開到了之後，悲喜交加，顯示VIP請付費🥹
還是會選擇再次入住，因為價格便宜，因為房間設備五臟俱全，舒適，因為阿姨和藹可親。
