Great hotel and clean room. It is like you are in your own apartment, the room have. Refrigerator and washing machine. Also they have on the second floor a kitchen for cooking and rest area, even a play room for playstation . It is directly above the laoximen metro station. Next to the hotel also have restaurant, a gym and a working space .

Great show, poor result. Great look & feel online. Then when you get there, unclear what entrance to take (they have 2 locations next to each other), in the location I booked you have to walk a staircase to reach the elevator (nonsense by itself), the. Take the elevator to 3rd floor while my room was at the 5th floor, so with luggage need to walk up to 5th floor. The room was super small, had a moldy smell and upon swiping the bathroom floor the tissue was filthy dirty. I made a video but can’t upload since only pictures are allowed. All in all, a terrible experience, NEVER again this brand!!!

The location is very convenient: close to the metro station Laoximen but also walking distance to Xintiandi area. Common area are really nice

The Baselite service apartment is just beside the Laoximen station. Exit 1. It is very convenient and the room was nice. İi was upgraded to loft type of room. Recommended

The service staff are really great! Especially Lydia who helped me a lot. The room was very comfortable indeed.

While the location was excellent, the hotel wasn't ready for check in for at least two hours. They were 'nice' enough to let me stay until one after explaining the situation. The room is nice enough, but the bathroom was small. The lounge area is very nice though

Staff can speak english , location very closes to MRT Laoximen Exit 1 we stay here for 2 days really recommended . I like resting area and also kitchen . Next time i will booking here again .

Great experience! The hotel is very stylish and modern. The staff is friendly, helpful and quite good in English if to compare to other places in China we stayed at. There is a washing machine with the built-in drying function in the room, which was very convenient to refresh our clothes after visiting a couple of other cities. The location is also amazing, the hotel is literally two minute away from the metro station. And it’s the line that helps you get to the major attractions in no time. It’s also the line that leads to the Shanghai Hongqiao railway station (30 minutes ride) — which was a blessing during the holidays as even though the cities are crowded you are sure to get to the station in time and without unexpected adventures. Thanks for the stay!

The hotel location is next to exit 1 of Laoximen station, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the hotel staff is very cute and also helped us order food in Meituan, high recommend.

Perfect place for us. Free use of washing machine, billiard, fitness room etc. We totally recommend this place!

Everything was outstanding . I am usually concerned about the smell of the room but everything seems to be very clean and fresh . One thing i do want to mention is that for somereason when i turn on the bathroom fan it sprays bit of strange smell that stings but overall very nice

Nice accommodation, good amenities in the common areas (billiard, karaoke, video games...). A bit noisy, especially the 'water pump' that's triggered everytime you use water... But overall great value for money, very convenient metro-wise.

This was a great option for us staying a week in Shanghai. Close to the metro, had everything we needed. Staff provided plenty of free water. Nice big windows. A bit echoey in the halls, not the most soundproof, but great spot overall. I assume due to off season, there were not many people in the communal areas to meet and chat to
