房東小姐姐人美心善，會給人一種朋友的親切感
貓貓和狗狗都很友好，可以摸！
房間雖小，五臟俱全。以及被套浴巾都是一次性的，衞生上就很有保障。

房間在弄堂裏，周邊環境很好很安靜。主人很熱情給我們升級了房間，房間有點民國復古風，感覺很好，衹是半夜有人上樓梯有點大聲，一次愉快的入住體驗。

是那種隱匿在弄堂裏的老房子
很有煙火氣沒有電梯
木質樓梯很帶感有種瞬間穿梭回到過去的感覺 閣樓房間帶一大一小兩個露台 很適合晚上喝喝小酒吃吃小龍蝦什麼的！房東姐姐也很熱情 給我介紹了周邊好多好玩好逛的小店 下次還會再來！

衞生：很乾凈，阿姨打掃得很仔細，用的都是一次性用品
環境：有個小院子很舒服，頂樓的露台夜晚吃吃燒烤也很愜意
服務：小姐姐態度很好有求必應
設施：房子有點年代了設施比較陳舊，不過基本配備不缺
上海老房子很有意思，民宿也很有特色，前台是兩衹貓哈哈
