People who book a room must check whether the booking photo is the same as the room after entering the room 🙂 This time, after checking in, I found that the room type was obviously very different from the booking website. I booked a deluxe twin room with courtyard view, which was clearly written on the booking. As a result, when I entered the room, I saw that the double sofa in the photo became a single sofa, and the double sink in the bathroom became a single sink. When I opened the window, I saw that it was a tin roof, and the whole room type was relatively small. I took out the order photo to compare and found that it was very different. I called the counter to ask if they gave me the wrong room type. The counter responded: "No, it's a deluxe twin room." I said: "I booked a double sink, this room The room only has a single sink, and the view outside the window is a large iron sheet, but I booked a courtyard view. The counter responded again: "Then go to the platform. No one has responded to this issue. We don't have double sinks. I don't understand what you are talking about. Go to the platform and report it. You will be given a deluxe twin bed room." (Continuously skipping needles and repeating and close to roaring, the attitude is very, very, very bad). At this time, another counter asked the counter who was talking on the phone in a breathy voice: "We still have to give them the south room."
