Overall an okay hotel, but they didnt clean our rooms but they threw my friends food box, thinking that it was trash.. but didnt empty the trashcan ??? But the customer service was helpful, its just a shame about the food box

After a near fall in the shower, I got an immediate response from management and was put wise to using the shower safely by using ani slip mat etc.
The reception staff did not speak English however with the aid of a translator app they were extremely courteous and helpful especially the two male receptionists on my morning departure. The room was excellent.
I would gladly stay there again.

Be sure to book a room with an outside window. Rooms without windows are very hot and airtight. The front desk service attitude is very good, and the hotel has a robot food delivery service. The hotel is in a good location, not far from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and the Bund.
