裝修其實還可以，但是服務和設施真的不行，態度很差，那麼貴的套房連空調都是壞的，太可怕了，壞了還不承認。1、説好了我們接近12點到達酒店，到了找不到人，然後還非常不滿的表情回覆誰讓你們那麼晚來，我們是民宿。（衹要是我們提的基本問題就回復：我們是民宿不是酒店。
2、房間空調壞了，我開了1個半小時，結果還是17度（沒變），這個時候電話打不通，微信不回覆，被迫我洗完澡穿衣服大冬天（温度7度）室外找值班的。
3、找到值班，她一臉不情願也不相信空調壞了，讓我們再慢慢等，還説室內17度就是正常的。這個態度就好像我們來避難的。
4、最後承認是空調壞了，這個時候已經半夜2點多了。我們多次被敲門打擾，後面不知道是幾點修好的，但是我一晚沒睡凍得咳嗽喉嚨痛、感覺感冒了。
