Good location to travel into the city, metro rides untill 11. Staff doesn’t speak English.

Not a bad place for the price. Welcoming at any time

This is the second time I stayed in this youth hostel. I also stayed there once at the end of July last year. Facilities: Very complete. There are washing machines, microwaves, etc. The only drawback I think is that the place to hang clothes is not very good, but it is not a big problem. I put the clothes in the room to dry them (. Hygiene: Very clean! The bed is also very comfortable. I slept very well. Environment: There are two cats in the lobby. What a surprise. There was only one cat when I came last year. Hahaha. It is a plus for me who likes cats. The environment is very good and relatively quiet. Sometimes there are free snacks in the lobby (this time I made cold cakes?) Although it’s a pity that I didn’t taste them because I was too full. Service: Very good! If you have any questions, ask the customer service and they will answer patiently. The location is very good. It is very convenient to go to Jing’an Temple and other places on Jiangsu Road. I hope it can help tourists who travel alone like me😁

In this fast-paced city, it is not easy to find a place where you can feel the prosperity of Shanghai and enjoy a quiet rest. Rumianke Youth Hostel (Shanghai Jing'an Temple Branch) is just such a perfect haven. I had the honor of staying here recently and I have to give it a full five-star rating! First of all, the location is impeccable! The youth hostel is close to Jing'an Temple and can be reached on foot. Whether it is visiting the ancient temple in the morning or strolling on the brightly lit Nanjing West Road at night, it is extremely convenient. Moreover, the surrounding transportation network extends in all directions, and the subway station is close at hand, making it easy and pleasant to explore every corner of the city. In terms of design and details, Rumianke Youth Hostel shows its unique charm. From the moment I stepped into the hostel, I was attracted by its creative and warm design. Although the rooms are simple yet stylish, the public areas are even more special. They not only provide an open and diverse communication space, but every decoration reveals the designer's thoughts and taste, creating an ideal environment for relaxation and communication for you and me on the journey. In terms of service, the front desk staff is warm and friendly, and the check-in is efficient and fast, which makes people feel tired on the journey. It is worth mentioning that the free Wi-Fi provided by the hostel is stable and fast, which is a blessing for digital nomads like me. Not to mention, it is also equipped with living facilities such as washing machines, which greatly improves the convenience of long-term or short-term travel. Finally, I have to mention the atmosphere created by Rumiake. Here, I met friends from all over the world, and everyone shared their travel stories in the public area, as if it were a small United Nations. This atmosphere made me deeply feel the charm of the youth hostel culture, which is also an important reason why I gave it the highest evaluation.

I have stayed here about three times. The location is great, the whole environment and atmosphere are also very good, and there are cute cats~~ There are also many public areas, and there is also a bathroom outside the room. I can use it when I come back late and don't want to disturb others~

I stayed here for one night alone. My roommates were very quiet and the layout was very reasonable. I will come here again next time🫰

Facilities: Very complete. Slippers are in the small cabinet under the bed. Toiletries need to be purchased by yourself. Basically, everything you need is in the room. This youth hostel is the one with the best design elements so far. There are many small details. The dry and wet separation is on the wall in front of the toilet. There is a special cleaning liquid for cleaning the toilet seat. It is really detailed! There is also air freshener in the toilet. It is also possible to wash clothes, but it is recommended to store more to wash more. The beam of the bed is very high and the space is quite large. Hygiene: The sheets and quilt covers are all made. The bed has two pillows and they are all clean. There is a power socket at the head of the bed to charge mobile phones and computers, and there is a place to hang clothes. The only bad thing is that there is only a small locker under the bed. It can't hold large luggage, but it can be stored at the front desk. Environment: The atmosphere feels good, there is a hot water machine and two Xiaomi microwave ovens. You can eat outside. There are many small tables with lights and can be charged.

I booked a quadruple room. When I arrived, only the upper bunk was available. The environment was nice and the facilities were complete. The people living with me were very quiet, so I was embarrassed to make phone calls in the room😂 But there are also some unavoidable and uncontrollable factors, such as some roommates snoring at night😪

Very clean, convenient transportation, not far from the subway station, bus stop, comfortable bedding, desk lamps in the public area, no interference, books, large space, and two small refrigerators for refrigeration and freezing. I will stay here again next time

The uncle at the front desk had a very good service attitude. It was a very worthwhile youth hostel. There was a small study table with charging, a cabinet with an open door, good privacy on the bed, enough plugs, very clean and separated wet and dry areas. Mine was for four people and had a private bathroom, which was very good. I felt a little uncomfortable on the second day, and there were other enthusiastic ladies in the room to take care of me. Maybe this is the meaning of a youth hostel.

I have lived here for more than ten days. The environment is good and the transportation is convenient. There are many restaurants around and the prices are quite affordable. My roommates are also very friendly. I met many friends who came to play. It is a very good youth hostel and there are three cute cats.
