酒店離機場有一定的距離，比網站介紹要遠，趕飛機的要留足時間，衞生很整潔，前台熱情主動，但是牆面和地面有污垢，

作為一名多次使用攜程的老用户，同時避雷了攜程平台和香港龍堡酒店。1.客户有訴求時，酒店可以做到一週都沒有一個回覆的；2.攜程從客服到主管除了推諉和拖延時間，給不了任何合理的解決方案；3.雙方多次出現訊息不對稱不一致的情況，都在説是對方的原因導致無法處理，不知道是踢皮球還是撒謊？4.退一萬步説，酒店訂單退訂這回事，因出行等計劃的改變其實是常見的，很多地方都支持入住前一晚退訂，而我這個甚至是提前了半個月在溝通協商，結果給我的強硬答覆最後就是：不入住也要收你錢，你還是過來住吧！
那行，作為普通消費者，我衹能：1.繼續投訴，向外部渠道反饋平台和酒店的問題；2.拿起法律的武器保護自己，拒不處理就訂單結束後走民事訴訟；3.建議大家多看看多對比，飛🐷、去哪兒有時候的價格還真挺不錯的，尤其是飛🐷的機票車票，推薦使用。

Great hotel to spend one night before the travel. Airport is very close- it took 5 min by taxi to get to Terminal 1

The front lady and her service is the best thing about the hotel. The rooms are tacky and small and do not have any space to move about. 1 had just 1 check in bag which when opened in the room , took away 80% of the movement space. Thankfully 1 stayed only 1 night. The hotel is located around a 12 minute walk from Hongqiao terminal 1 which is alot when you have bags in your hands.
