When I took it to the kitchen, they said I couldn't and rolled their eyes!

The room was nice and I got a free upgrade. The service attitude was very good, I give it a thumbs up. However, the soundproofing in the room was very poor, and I could hear the neighbor blowing his hair. We didn't make much noise but were still complained about for being noisy, and I didn't dare to talk normally afterwards. Speechless

After receiving the room card, I was not satisfied and wanted to upgrade to an executive room, but was told that it was out of stock. 3. When I got to the room, I found that the bed was very small and could not fit two children and two adults. I asked to change rooms. The first caller told me that there was no room and said to check again. The second caller said that there was a room but no king-size bed. I agreed to a twin bed, but it was an ordinary twin bed. I asked if the price difference should be refunded since it was an ordinary twin bed. She said no. I immediately checked my phone and found that the executive king bed was still on sale, and then they said it would be removed from the shelves immediately... I said then I would like a twin bed, but I need a bed guard, they said they didn't have it, I said other Marriotts have it, and she said ours just didn't have it... Later, a waiter came to take me to change rooms, let me take a look at the room first, and told me that there were a total of four rooms on the same floor that I could see and choose, so there were actually many rooms, why did they tell me there were no rooms at the beginning... Then I used sofa chairs to surround the bed and put up the bed guard myself, tired, sleepy and hungry, it took more than an hour, and I didn't start eating takeout until 11 o'clock... Environment: Very remote, because I hadn't eaten dinner yet, I wanted to buy something, the service staff told me that there was not even a convenience store nearby... But when I left the next day and drove away, I saw McDonald's and Starbucks in the mall next door, and the nearby buildings looked like they were unfinished, but it was not far from the highway exit Hygiene: Hygiene is okay, but I found that the water from the shower head was not hot enough when I took a shower at night, but the water temperature of the washbasin was quite high, which I didn't understand. It's about 20 minutes drive from Disney, but if you are not a parent taking your children to Disney, choose carefully!
