作為房間單價千元起步的酒店，環境是不錯的，鬧中取靜，清幽雅緻，稱得上花園二字。房間設施也不錯，保持了應有的水準。至於服務，就嚴重不符合這個價位應有的水準了，半數工作人員看見你話都不講的，開房需要按金也讓人不是很舒服，這方面與商務酒店比，有不小的差距。至於飲食方面，因為僅吃了早餐，衹能説這個早餐對這個價位的酒店來説，不能説是不好，衹能説是極差，也就商務酒店30塊錢的早餐水平，以至於對於中餐和晚餐直接失去了興趣。總之，這個酒店來體驗下環境是非常不錯的，也可以吃個下午茶，但是入住的話，除了酒店環境以外，就沒有什麼亮點了。

位置離地鐵站近，雖然還要步行至大堂，有一段距離，但能欣賞花園景色。
造景做的很棒，夜景也還不錯，雖然夜晚部分打光刺眼，但整體適合散步逛花園。
房內設施很乾淨，燈光柔和，隔音好，沒有洗烘衣機。
唯一不足的是，住過的皇廷相關飯店，皇廷的人員一直親切感都不足，以及專業訓練感受上不如其它五星評價飯店。

酒店主打一個環境，帶着家裡長者來度假，評價為住了這麼多酒店，這個是最好的一個。
確實這個五一避開人流，在節假日裏錯峯，來到這個像世外桃源一樣的地方，安靜、安心，非常愜意，值得推薦。
這裏離川沙古鎮比較近，靠迪士尼也不遠，算是性價比很高的酒店了，總體很棒！
房間內部挺好的，還配了浴缸袋，送了水果。乾淨，清爽。
要説美中不足也有幾個小細節，需要提升:
1、因為第一次來，不熟悉情況，酒店門口進大堂前看不出是大堂入口，缺乏有效引導牌，或者安排一位引導客人的禮賓。找了半天，總怕找錯。
2、酒店門口配了觀光姥爺車，前台説有人可以安排開到院子裏介紹參觀，當時可能我們去的有點晚，五六點鐘，我們一行人興致勃勃下樓集合，到禮賓部又説下班了，但前台和禮賓部不太統一，具體時間可以提前統一好，也不至於白白期待一場。後來告知第二天可以早上上班可以參觀，才彌補了遺憾。這個也是管理問題，制定好一個規則就可以的事。
3、西餐廳餐品有待提高和完善。這是很多人都在説的事，我們買了西餐廳自助晚餐，看圖片上充滿期待，可能也是因為去晚了，七點多東西就不多了，而且很多東西感覺不太新鮮，刺身種類也不多，跟照片差別很大。相比之下，早餐比晚餐要豐富且熱氣騰騰。
