酒店環境不錯，但房間衞生差，入住時地面未打掃乾淨，客房無電話，衞生間下水道水流慢，以至於水往外溢，當時想聯繫前台，因房內無電話，衹能自己下樓，去前台告知實際情況，再由前台轉客房服務。經過這一番折騰，服務有所改變，但是對酒店的好印象就打折了，要不是我們訂了三天的房，也一次**了款，我們會退了後兩天的房，另尋他處的。今天的評價衹是希望酒店今後能夠改進服務態度，改善客房設施，畢竟賓至如歸，以及為客人提供方便才是酒店經營的宗旨。以上意見僅供參考。

全新酒店，和名字完全相反，一點都不新，驚掉下巴，老舊商務樓，老舊房間，浴巾舊的都不敢我用，衞生紙發黑，床墊不平整，枕頭也不平整，窗外是條汽車道，噪音極大，這是這麼多年訂的最差的一個酒店。看看照片就知道了。
