不得不説這家店根本不像holiday inn的連鎖酒店，倒像是私人開的，預訂酒店時訂單已確認了房型升級，也打電話諮詢了升級以後是什麼房型，結果來入住時就一句話，“沒房間，我們收到的訂單就是升級前的房型”，蠻不講理！

這個號稱自己是經理的人！ 連最基本的酒店入住流程都不知道！ 自以為是！ 謊稱要叫片區民警找我！ 我希望民警來找我！把你要求人臉識別的事情説一聲！
1. 現在上海明文規定出示身份證不需要人臉識別！ 人臉識別不是公安要求！ 這個號稱自己是值班經理的要求人臉識別！
2.我帶着孩子入住， 和我説要提供孩子身份證！ 我説我們上週剛住過， 沒有要求！ 她説“我們上海是這樣”！我説我身份證號碼也給你了。 我就是上海的！” 她自己口音倒是外地的， 還説我們上海！ 你是看不起外地人嗎？ ？？
並且嚇唬我晚上叫片區民警和我解釋！
第二天退房她的同事告訴這位號稱自己是經理的人 ，現在上海不需要人臉識別了！ 所以這位經理自己什麼流程都不知道！ 還做經理？ 還要叫片區民警來？ 太狂妄了吧！

認真的，其他咱都先不説了，什麼設施設備，衞生條件，環境等都是符合標準的，但誰曾想能夠在服務上失了馬腳。
店家不管在什麼情況下確認了我的房型升級權益，到店都不應該用不友好的態度直接拒絕，槽點如下：
槽點一，前台服務態度糟糕，當出示權益被確認之後直接矢口否認該門店提供此服務且並未確認權益（聲稱從來沒有過這項權益）讓直接聯繫攜程
槽點二，前台音量較大，情緒較激動，在我諮詢攜程時音量更大的叫支援
槽點三，攜程為保證我權益與商家溝通時，商家直接表示以後不會在有這項權益，不會再合作，不會再為門店運營造成困難
這家門店應該在管理上面沒有經過專業的培訓或者洲際總部的指導文件還沒有貫徹到位，總體拉垮
