Hotel room was good the breakfast is Atour hotel style the location is quite convenient and the staffs helpful and friendly.

Well located and smartly designed hotel. Check-in process was quite slow and seemed inexperienced with foreign people. Super comfy bed and some cute details in the room.

It’s ok but not the same as the pictures shown as showcase. The only thing good is the location.

Great hotel and breakfast, superb location. The only backdraw is the noise from the club downstairs on Friday and Saturday night.

I definitely would give the stuff and especially Richard an 10 of 5 if possible! Their service were amazing!!!! They helped us so much with everything to get smoothed into the Chinese world! They helped with installing the right applications for us and the get a discount for our stay at the hotel! Thank you so much! The hotel is in a great location 3 minutes walk to the metro station, French concession with restaurants and cafe is 5 to 10 minutes walk! But there also also direct cafes beside the building! The breakfast is amazing and very clean and tastes great! The there as well is super kind and helpful. See you soon again:)

Nice hotel, very well located, close to a lot of animated areas. Rooms are very clean. Also ultra technologic with a lot of gadgets which sometimes is a bit confusing (interesting time trying to switch off all the lights :D)

It is really nicely located, easy to take a subway and perfect to reach to good restaurants and bars around. The room was not super clean though, i found out some hairs on the table and bed, shower booth was not completely clean either. The breakfast + dining area was small but good enough.

I got the biggest room so the space was really amazing for me. Here are the pros and cons of the place: Pros: 1. Mini fridge is refilled everyday. 1 Coke, 2 biscuits, 2 small waters, 2 sugarless tea. 2 medium bottle waters are given daily too. 2. House cleaning is daily and they change your towels daily too. You can ask for your cleaning to be in a specific time so they don’t come in at the usual 11am-12pm. 3. Amazing location, you can walk to wukuang and anfu road (which really is a great indie(but more recently mainstream) area to visit) in 15 mins. Everywhere in central Shanghai costs less than 30 yuan on DiDi. 4. The reception really does their best to give more value on your stay there. Early check ins, free complimentary breakfasts for long stays, even managed to get to use their Chinese phone number to call food delivery on Meituan. 5. There’s a manner coffee next door, and a 7-11 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. 6. There is a free laundry and drying service. Just throw your clothes into the washing machine, add in the detergent, and indicate your room number and that you want drying on a piece of paper. When you return into the hotel, the staff will have put your clothes from the washer into the dryer, and then fold them nicely into a plastic bag with your room number in the laundry room for your collection. Cons: 1. The toilet sink is not inside the bathroom. If you can get over this quirk, then the stay will be great. 2. It wasn’t an issue for me, but the building houses a club, so some levels will get noisy on friday and weekends nights. Best to research what floor the club is so you can ask for floors that are not near it. 3. The aircon is not really adjustable… or at least I couldn’t really be bothered to figure it out. 4. Since the road outside the hotel is a busy road, it could be quite a rush to get into the DiDi on peak hours, especially when the driver comes from the opposite direction and you have to cross the road to get in. All in all, a really solid hotel and I really enjoyed my stay there.

Terrible hotel with only one of 3 lifts in operation. Bar on 3rd floor partied with heavy bass felt all the way from 3rd to 11th floor. We had to escape to another hotel as we were waken up by the music at 1am and were able to rest at 5am only. Staff were very understanding and tried to assist but this couldn't be resolved as the bar operations were outside of their control. They did facilitate refunds on inability to provide rooms for resting.

Whilst it was a good budget hotel it is right above a nightclub and on Friday night the bass was so loud earplugs were needed to sleep. Also loud on Sunday morning with banging noises travelling into the room from elsewhere in the hotel. Great location with basic ammenities and the room was comfortable and clean.
