五一長假最後兩天和妹妹一家相約出遊，感謝前台Kristin安排了相鄰的兩間湖景房，視野開闊，很滿意。酒店服務很好，入住後送來了歡迎水果，行政酒廊的蝴蝶酥很好吃，第二天的早餐也很豐富 ，還有現榨的芹菜汁。辰山植物園的月季很美，廣富林的建築讓人流連忘返。一次完美之旅，感謝松江凱悦。

訂的湖景房，房間很舒適，洗澡熱水大而且快。早餐品種豐富。前台的小姐姐Jessie非常nice，知道我們要去景區遊玩，幫忙延遲退房，正好出門碰到下雨還張羅着借傘。特色門票挺好的，省了景點排隊買票的時間了。推薦入住！

一開始給的最旁邊的房間空調是壞的，冬天去的時候冷颼颼，後來反應了情況之後幫我們換了走廊中間的房間空調就是正常的，看到之前有評論也提到過這種情況，表示這個不是偶爾壞掉而是酒店硬件存在問題，如果沒有解決的話運氣不好就會碰到這個問題了，且我相信酒店自己是知道的，畢竟我們衹是一晚就能感覺到，他們天天在裏面工作會不知道嗎？

酒店的環境特別好，樓下的湖景很不錯，早上還可以沿湖跑步。

The hotel is in a good location, next to Wanda, and it is very convenient to eat. Jessie was very enthusiastic when checking in. The VIP Club was free for children under 1.2 meters. My baby was over 1.2 meters tall, and Jessie gave it to me for free. The environment downstairs of the hotel is beautiful, suitable for families with elderly people and children.

房間乾淨也舒服，泳池設施非常好，前台Aida很熱情，還幫我們解決入住問題，很愉快的體驗，下次再來

I went there for the special project tickets. The surrounding area is quite convenient and the nearby restaurants are good. I recommend Yujingtai Taizhou cuisine. At least the attitude is much more enthusiastic than this hotel. The receptionist at the door is just a decoration. They don't even say hello. They don't help with the luggage. The front desk is even more outrageous. A female receptionist named Ti said that the room was not out when I checked in at 3 o'clock. When asked how long it would take, she said she didn't know. How to get to the elevator, which floor is the gym, where is the breakfast. All rely on asking, one by one, never say more. Several front desk staff have no smiles at all, no service, even worse than the cleaning aunt. When I wanted to borrow a charging cable, they said they didn't have it, and I ended up asking the aunt for it. The bathroom door is hard to open after it is closed. I saw other reviews saying the same thing, and I thought it should be improved, but it hasn't at all. From the door to the front desk, they don't seem to be afraid of bad reviews. There is no enthusiasm at all. The breakfast is quite rich, and the swimming pool and sauna facilities are good.

服務態度非常滿意，衞生方面，環境方面，設施方面都非常滿意，特別是前台有應必答，是一次非常滿意的的入駐。
