1. 窗户壞了，晚上被凍醒，房東也沒有及時幫忙解決
2.馬桶圈、衣架也是壞的。
3.衞生間的玻璃是透明的，兩個人（即便是朋友或者情侶）住也還是有點尷尬。
4.被子不是很乾凈，上面有黑筆水印。但是床還可以，挺軟挺舒服
5. 隔音不太好，也可能是因為跨年，三點了樓上樓下還在吵鬧
6. 最大的優點是房間確實很漂亮，和圖片一樣，整體佈置的也很好看。
7. 位置也不錯，離地鐵口挺近，離便利店也不遠。

是我住的最糟糕的民宿，沒有之一！！
我住的房間衞生環境相當糟糕！因為他家的牆已經發黴了，又沒有窗户，排風扇的排風效果不好，而且噪音還挺大，整個房間充滿了發黴的味道，特別悶！！而且門又特別不好關，壞了也不修。洗手間頂燈旁邊都是發黴的。整個房間特別窄小，衹有幾平米。空調也特別老舊，根本不製冷。太糟糕了，實在無語！

圖片上看有紗幔，我還挺喜歡這個裝修的，實際掛鈎已經掉落，掛不了紗幔。浴缸不錯，超出我的期待。不送一次性梳子，導致我梳頭要到處借梳子，跟老闆反映之後立刻幫我去買，可是流程比較長，耽誤我出門。住了兩天，中間沒有打掃服務，理由是縮減成本才能提供便宜的價格。一米八的床架配了一米五的床，委實讓強迫症有點難受，間接導致無線耳機落在床縫裡。

大城市鬧市區寸土寸金，這個民宿的唯一賣點就是地段了。位置在田子坊內部，街區內部。所以周圍生活設施特別多特別全，交通也很方便，距離地鐵站步行三五分鐘就到。
可惜環境不怎麼樣，別墅進門，前台比較破舊，沙發很臟，佈置看起來曾經很講究，但是疏於維護。房間我住的是沒有窗子的小房間，大床佔據一半地方，其他洗漱台衞生間，然後沒有桌子凳子。
想在前台客廳小坐的話，養有一個大貓，有氣味。若有寵物過敏，務必謹慎選擇。
特別要提醒的是，淋浴噴頭全鐵質的，調水温，我一抓淋浴頭，就被燙了下……總體看性價比實在不高。
