我不知道網上的好評是哪裡來的，已經做好了民宿外部環境差的心理建設了，但那衞生、環境、設施之差實在是超過了我的底線。我並不是一個很挑剔的人，本着體驗民國時期建築的心態來定的民宿，但是！600多一晚的民宿，實際上就是狹窄的寫字樓隔出來的，我定的房間門上寫着器材保管室，帶着孩子拖着行李在走廊裏兜兜轉轉找半天，負責人就在房間對門的小房間裏硬是不出來，直到我們進到房間看到房間的內部結構説要退房，負責人才冷冰冰的出聲：衹能退一半！推開門就是一道牆，右手邊是直徑不到80cm的向上13級左右的樓梯……不想形容了，還有像個籠子一樣的電梯，讓我很懷疑攜程客户經理的專業程度。最後在攜程客服的溝通下扣了第一晚房費的一半，直接拎着行李帶着孩子去了萬豪酒店。這是我預訂酒店第一次踩坑，讓我對上海的民宿失望透頂

如果説質量，那肯定差不多300多水平的價位，但是如果加上地段，那這位置500多一點都不貴，性價比極高。如果説市親子，那這1.8的床挨着牆，實在很方便睡覺。

超出預期效果太好了，離外灘超級近，出民宿左轉再左轉，很快就到了。很温馨的房間，還有天窗看夜空，哈哈。門口的海鮮麪也超級好吃😋。下次還會再次光臨！！
