We went as a couple, I arrived before my partner. I was refused a second keycard as I checked in a few hours earlier than my partner.
A solo travelling friend with the same room type was given 2 keycards without a problem.
When trying to obtain a second card for my partner at his arrival time, the gentleman doing night shift was trying to be helpful, yet there was a big language barrier, which led to confusion and frustration, as we were constantly given more rooms and and bills. It took three people and phoned to explain the situation.
Apart from that, the service was very quick and straightforward. The shower needed fixing, which was done within 10 minutes. Unfortunately it was noted that there’s only one person staying in the room, which led to us constantly needing to request more bath towels.
All in all a very clean, modern hotel in a good location with a slightly disorganised service.
