對於一個對環境敏感且不愛住賓館的人來説，比較愁的就是找賓館，這次選的房間真的讓人很舒服，床和被子有家的感覺，很乾爽沒有任何異味，不軟不硬，價格真的很親民，房東雖然沒有見面，但是能感受到房東是一個很負責且容易溝通的人，這次來上海辦事，房東也能幫上一些忙，出門在外不容易，打滿分。

非常不錯的酒店，各方面性價比都很高！
首先要誇一下，老闆爽快大氣，很熱心 服務態度非常好，還會主動接送幫忙搬家，東西有問題也及時修理更換。
價格合算，性價比很高，讓我覺得物有所值。而且，它離醫院很近，交通便利，出門就是公交，非常方便。
房間乾淨整潔，周邊生活便利，環境優美。房間裏設施齊全，床鋪舒適，讓我一覺睡到自然醒。而且，酒店附近就有菜市場，餐館生活非常便利。
總而言之，酒店性價比非常高！！價格合算，離醫院近，房間乾淨，周邊生活便利，環境優美，交通便利，每一項都讓我滿意。

那是因為我們之前在這個公寓這裏住過一套，所以呢，我覺得服務挺好的，就又！訂了這個！但是説實話，這次住的地方實在不是很好！一樓比較潮濕，馬桶是會漏水的！熱水比較不方便！特別是衞生情況，整體感覺不舒服！建議老闆要對這個房子做一個整體的清潔，衞生方面非常不理想，馬桶一定要換！灶具是齊全的，但是我們沒做飯，感覺不是很乾凈！總之這次的感覺不是特別的好！但是老闆人還是很好的！
