1. Our homestays are all residential renovations. While not damaging the overall structure of the house, we effectively utilize the space renovation and transform it into a separate house with a separate kitchen and bathroom within a space of 10-40 square meters.

鬧中取靜的老洋房公寓：出門咖啡屋、小吃店，花坊，超市。屋裡冰箱，滾洞洗衣機，全套洗浴用品及乾淨舒適的床品令人滿意。電磁爐，灶台，炊具也是一應俱全，想自己做法非常方便，整個住宿氛圍如同居家般的不缺温度。地理位置妥妥市中心，南京西路，淮海中路等高檔商圈步行十幾分鍾便可到達。老闆娘的服務態度相當不錯，租客的合理要求，微信發過去立馬給予滿意的回覆。
不足的是，通向二樓的水泥樓梯沒有扶欄，走道的燈光亦不夠明亮。
