The overall service of the hotel is very good. I am very satisfied with everything. I reported my car number to the concierge and parked for free. The front desk service was also very good. I would like to praise the concierge Xiaofan for being very enthusiastic and give me a five-point praise. Next to the hotel is Paris Printemps, with two parks opposite. It is also a good choice for a walk after dinner~ There are various types of breakfast and dinner. I will come back to this hotel next time. Highly recommended!

Chateau Star River Hotel has really wonderful facilities. We were checked-in very late because there were lots of people checking out. We actually got settled in our room at 445pm instead of being checked-in at 2pm. At first, they placed us at Queen Room Garden View in which the air-conditioning was broken. After several minutes, they moved us to a much modern and newly-renovated huge, exquisite and elegant room. I would really have loved this hotel if not for that stressful late check-in that happened. Hope they'll do something about that.

I went to this hotel for a day during the Mid-Autumn Festival. Because there are packages, I want to take this opportunity to experience it 🚗By self-driving, from Puxi to Pudong, the road is fairly convenient and the road is very smooth. The floor is arranged at 21, and the scenery is a high-rise building. The waiters are also more enthusiastic, polite, and answer all questions. Those who don't know will let us wait and deal with them. Since there is a package arrangement, the materials should be prepared more fully and take the initiative to explain. Rather than asking, I still don't understand. Ask other people again. The gym is good and there are many people, because it is Wales.

To be honest, I'm really satisfied First of all, the check-in procedure is simple and I got the room quickly. I will also choose according to my needs. The corridor in the room is relatively thin, but the corridor smells good and is very bright. The bed I chose was huge and every corner was spacious and comfortable. There is also a platform left on the window sill to prevent rainwater from entering. When I went out, I opened the windows to let some air in. It didn’t get wet even in the light rain. The bed is moderately soft and hard, and the shower water pressure is strong enough. It’s really nice to have a super large screen TV that can project the screen... It feels like the most beautiful standard configuration of 1LDK The only drawback is that the entrance is not soundproof. It would be better if it could be improved. Overall it's a comfortable stay and the price is right

I give this store 5 stars. I went to Shanghai on a business trip. The hotel was very considerate. There was a free shuttle bus to the exhibition🚌. The breakfast was also good. It deserves to be a five-star hotel. The room was clean and the service was very good. It was raining heavily when I checked out. The hotel provides free umbrellas for every guest☔️, which is really considerate. The key is that there is no need to go through any formalities and it is very convenient.

It’s a nice little hotel right next to West Gaoke Road metro station exit 3. It has a boutique feel to it and I like the retro styling with with all the props and records on the wall. The rooms are fine, but I felt it was a little overpriced for what it was. Especially considering the room was only 22m, and there wasn’t even a proper desk in the room. Sure it had a balcony, but there wasn’t any kind of view, just a nice place to relax if the weather is nice. Other than that it was cosy enough, and the staff are pretty friendly, helpful and provided good service. The breakfast was standard, but fine. One annoyance I do want to mention though, was that I had to go with a member of staff to a nearby police station to register the residence which was the first time I’ve ever had to do that, and I have no idea why. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, but I’ll check out the other hotels in the area before returning to this one.
